Outdoor Event Space
Durban’s warm, subtropical climate and average of 320 glorious, sunny days a year, combined with over 12,500m² of outdoor space make the Durban Exhibition Centre an ideal venue for an outdoor event.
The East Park is a beautiful lawn area conveniently adjacent to Coast of Dreams, perfect for cocktail receptions or small open-air events. This area is also a popular venue when used in combination with a waterproof Bedouin Tent. The DEC also offers three additional plazas where a variety of marquees and pavilions can be erected as required.
