Access to clean water and adequate sanitation is a fundamental human right and a critical component of sustainable development. Despite progress, Africa still faces significant challenges in universal access, climate resilience, and infrastructure readiness.
The AWSISA Global South Water and Sanitation Dialogue 2026 is a multi-stakeholder platform that unites policymakers, utilities, researchers, community leaders, development partners, and private sector players.
The conference advances practical action under the Sustainable Development Goal 6 objective to ensure availability and sustainable management of water and sanitation for all.
