Terms and Conditions for Entering a Competition at the Durban International Convention Centre

1.Eligibility:
1.1 The competition is open to all residents of South Africa aged 18 years or older, unless otherwise specified.
1.2 Employees of the Durban ICC, their immediate family members, and anyone connected with the competition are not eligible to participate.

2.Entry Period:
2.1 The competition period will be clearly specified, indicating the start and end dates.
2.2 Entries received before or after the specified competition period will not be considered.

3.Winner Selection:
3.1 The winner(s) will be selected randomly or based on the criteria outlined in the competition description.
3.2 The decision of the entertainment venue or its representatives will be final and binding in all matters related to the competition.

4.Prize(s):
4.1 The prize(s) will be clearly stated in the competition description.
4.2 The prize(s) are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

5.Winner Notification:
5.1 The winner(s) will be notified by email, phone, or any other contact method provided during entry.
5.2 If the winner(s) cannot be contacted within a specified time or fails to claim the prize, another winner may be selected.

6.Publicity:
6.1 By entering the competition, participants consent to the entertainment venue using their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

7.Privacy:
7.1 Personal information collected during the competition will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition and will be handled in accordance with the POPI Act.

8.Disqualification:
8.1 The entertainment venue reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent or inappropriate behaviour.

9.Changes and Termination:
9.1 The entertainment venue reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice or liability.

10.Liability:
10.1 The entertainment venue and its affiliates shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the competition or the use of the prize(s).

11.Governing Law:
11.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. By entering the competition, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions in their entirety.

12.2 Competition tickets are not transferable
12.3 Ticket should be collected on stipulated dates times by the Durban ICC, failure to do so winners tickets will be forfeited.
